Elaine McCoyELAINE McCOY, RYT-500
Elaine’s  passion for yoga came as a result of Thai Massage treatments that helped her  broken body heal.  In 2001 she traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand to study  Thai Massage and received 60 hours of training.  She learned that Thai  Massage was “lazy man’s yoga” and that attending yoga classes would accomplish the same thing.  Thus began her years as a dedicated practitioner. Inspired by her healed body she became an RYT-500 and has received her certification in Therapeutic Yoga.  Elaine’s goal is to serve others and teaching yoga helps her achieve that goal.
