Yoga at the Village for the 14th and last time, presents a unique expanded study and teacher training course for enthusiastic practitioners, as well as potential instructors.
All established yoga traditions point to the same underlying reality,
but they each come from their own, intrinsically valid, philosophical perspective.
Our Classic Training is ALIGNMENT-BASED. You will become familiar with, and be able to teach “Vinyasa Flow” however, our focus is on structure, form and taking great care of the one body we’re lucky enough to have in this lifetime.
- This course is designed to provide a harmonious exploration of three diversely unique Hatha Yoga traditions: Ashtanga, Iyengar and Viniyoga. In this program, we will explore the fundamental differences of these classical traditions as well as their unifying qualities,
in a respectfully adventurous format.
- We welcome guest master teachers Ann Austin, Tony Briggs and Mirka Kraftsow among others.
- If you’re interested in expanding your understanding of yoga and/or would like to become a teacher, please join us! In this inclusive experience, you will receive essential information on living a yogic life,as well as leading safe and well structured, Hatha Yoga classes.
*Over the past 14 years, our highly skilled and talented students have become respected teachers, mentors and studio owners worldwide. It has been our great honor and pleasure to have been part of their growth and ability to pass on to their students, our beautiful and varied traditions of Hatha yoga.
