Therapeutic Yoga and Massage Therapy

Dear Students and Friends,
Elyse and Yoga at the Village are moving to Santa Rosa, California in April of 2015.  Our classes will remain therapeutic and geared toward helping you heal. (Having said that, we will also challenge you if you want us too so no worries :-))
It’s all about balance!

Our main concern is still keeping you safe while giving you what you need, helping you to feel better and age gracefully. WE AIN’T GETTIN’ ANY YOUNGER! Our “Stretch in Time” series is available for you to enjoy @stretchintime.com.

As I say goodbye to 15 years in Glendale, I look forward to seeing you, your friends and relatives in Northern California when you visit. I would love to have you visit for yoga, massage therapy* and wine tasting throughout Sonoma county.

Teacher training will remain in place with Elyse Briggs, E-RYT500 and Frances Rothenberg, E-RYT500 as lead teachers in both the Glendale and Santa Rosa areas. Click here for more info.

Thank you for your support for the past 15 years and thanks to Amy and Larry of Yoga Vibe for keeping our beautiful space alive and thriving. Contact Elyse at elyse@yogaatthevillage.com or call 818-970-3038 for location and schedule as we transition to Santa Rosa in 2015.

With love always…
Elyse
